From an electronics-engineering background, Meghanaa began in motherboard production and testing at a global healthcare-technology company, later moving into quality control — testing heavy healthcare machines post-production and driving internal quality checks.
She helped create and update product manuals and documentation to meet regulatory standards across the EU and the Americas. Alongside the quality dimension of client projects, she has a strong people orientation, making her a communicative, people-first leader within the firm.
